心 SHIN is an exclusive chef’s table Asian restaurant

Savor the Sea. Breeze of Asia. Capturing the Essence of the Sea. Offering a seasonal tasting menu that evolves throughout 春-Spring, 夏-Summer, 秋-Autumn, and 冬-Winter. Our menu changes according to the freshest daily arrivals. We serve only in the evenings, providing a carefully curated dining experience.

CHF 290 per person (VAT included). Beverages and service charge are not included.

Seatings

SHIN offers an intimate 8-seat counter experience, with two seatings per evening from Wednesday to Monday: First seating 18:00 · Second seating 20:45 · Last order 21:00.

Savor the sea. Honor the duck. An elevated tasting menu celebrating the legendary Silver Hill duck, prepared in four exquisite ways. Your experience begins with two seasonal starters and a delicate soup, followed by the duck served in four distinct preparations, and concludes with a refreshing Asian dessert.

From crisp caviar-topped duck to nostalgic garlic-dipped skin, each bite is a journey of texture, memory, and refined craftsmanship. A poetic tribute to heritage, reimagined through the lens of modern Asian elegance.
